  • # Mix dental adhesive with boiling water ina ceramic mug for one minute, or until dental adhesive beads turn clear.

  • # Roll adhesive onto appliance and ease teeth onto the appliance until they reach the bottom.

  • # Gently remove the appliance and let cool for 10 minutes before trimming off excess adhesive.

  • # Fit appliance back onto teeth.

• # Care: Before applying, wash with warm soapy water and dry. After removing the appliance, rinse with cold water and allow to dry before storing.
